摘要
为了使量热计测量更加精确,需严格控制热量计中恒温体的温度变化、缩小恒温体周围空气体积,加载功率为2000mW时,铝锭温度波动小于0.15℃,但与设定值间的差距为0.6℃;利用控温元件直接对铝锭进行温度控制,加载功率为1000mW时,铝锭温度在设定值上下波动不大于0.8℃。
In order to control the temperature change of the thermostat in the calorimeter,various methods were selected to control the temperature of the aluminum ingot:reduce the volume of air around the thermostat,and when the loading power is 2000 mW,the temperature fluctuation of the aluminum ingot can be less than 0.15℃,but the difference between the fixed values is 0.6℃;the temperature control of the aluminum ingot is directly controlled by the temperature control element,and the loading temperature of 1000 mW can make the aluminum ingot temperature fluctuate above and below the set value by no more than 0.8℃.
