摘要
高职医学生心理健康状况低于同龄人,对高职医学生心理健康状况的干预手段进行探索成为当务之急。该文探讨了正念、正念训练及正念认知疗法在国内的应用与发展,重点论述了将正念认知疗法应用于高职医学教育用以提高学生心理健康水平的可行性,并探讨了今后研究可以开展的方向。
The mental health status of medical students in higher vocational colleges is lower than that of their peers.It is imperative to explore the intervention methods of mental health status of medical students.This article explores the application and development of mindfulness,mindfulness training and mindfulness cognitive therapy in China.It focuses on the feasibility of applying mindfulness cogniti ve therapy to higher vocational medical education to improve students'mental health,and discusses future research of the direction of development.
