摘要
健康中国战略下,医院如何发挥文化引领作用,推进公立医院改革纵深发展,增强医院内在驱动力和核心竞争力,全方位、全周期维护和保障人民健康,成为当下中国公立医院的研究课题。该文通过阐述贵港市人民医院多年来文化建设的探索与实践,为新形势下的公立医院改革提供参考依据。
Under the healthy China strategy,how to play a leading role in the promotion of public hospitals,promote the deep development of public hospital reforms,enhance the hospital's internal driving force and core competitiveness,comprehensively and comprehensively maintain and protect people's health,and become the research topic of Chinese public hospitals.This paper expounds the exploration and practice of the cultural construction of Guigang People's Hospital over the years,and provides a reference for the reform of public hospitals under the new situation.
