摘要
目的统计分析血浆报废原因,节约血液资源,保证献血者和用血者健康。方法统计2014—2018年血浆报废情况,将报废原因按检测不合格和非检测不合格分类进行统计分析。结果2014—2018年血浆报废检测不合格占报废血浆总量的23.79%、17.95%、7.58%、10.63%、10.39%。非检测不合格血浆占总血浆报废量的76.21%、82.05%、92.42%、89.37%、89.61%。在血浆报废非检测不合格原因中脂浊浆分别占总报废率的62.27%、78.33%、86.51%、81.77%、85.74%。结论脂浊浆是血浆报废主要原因,在献血者征询过程中对献血者饮食进行详细筛查,制作脂肪血浆参照试管能大幅降低脂肪血浆和血浆颜色异常情况的产生。以供定采合理安排团体采血工作,保证血液采集等关键环节的冷链质量控制是降低血浆冲红报废的必要手段。
Objective To statistically analyze the causes of plasma scrapping,save blood resources,and ensure the health of blood donors and blood users.Methods The plasma scrapping situation was calculated from 2014 to 2018,and the reasons for scrapping were statistically analyzed according to the classification of unqualified and non-tested unqualified.Results In 2014-2018,the plasma scrapping test failed to account for 23.79%and 17.95%,7.58%,10.63%,10.39%of the total amount of scrapped plasma.Non-tested unqualified plasma accounted for 76.21%,82.05%,92.42%,89.37%,and 89.61%of total plasma scrap.In the cause of non-test failure of plasma scrapping,the lipid turbid pulp accounted for 62.27%,78.33%,86.51%,81.77%,and 85.74%of the total scrapping rate,respectively.Conclusion Lipid turbid pulp is the main reason for plasma scrapping.The blood donor diet is carefully screened during the blood donor consultation process.The production of fat plasma reference tube can significantly reduce the abnormal color of fat plasma and plasma.In order to ensure the cold chain quality control of key links such as blood collection,it is necessary to reduce the plasma flushing and scrapping.
