摘要
目的研究儿科护士实施情景模拟教学的儿科心肺复苏培训中的应用效果。方法选择2017年5月—2018年5月该院的儿科护士38名,采用抽签法随机分为实验组和参照组,各19名。其中参照组实施常规儿科心肺复苏培训,实验组实施情景模拟教学法培训,对比两组护士培训前后心肺复苏方法掌握水平和培训后护士工作能力。结果培训后,实验组急救知识、心电监护仪器使用、呼吸机使用、血液采集、急救药品使用分数高于参照组(P<0.05),实验组团队协作、人文关怀、沟通交流、体征监护、服务态度能力高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论儿科护士在实施儿科心肺复苏培训期间应用情景模拟教学法能够有效提升护士培训效果,增强护士的工作能力,值得推广。
Objective To study the application effect of pediatric nurses in the implementation of scenario simulation teaching in pediatric cardiopulmonary resuscitation training.Methods A total of 38 pediatric nurses to the hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were randomly divided into experimental and reference groups,19 each.Among them,the reference group implemented routine pediatric cardiopulmonary resuscitation training,and the experimental group implemented scenario simulation teaching method training.The two groups of nurses before and after training were compared with the level of cardiopulmonary resuscitation methods and the ability of nurses after training.Results After the training,the experimental group first-aid knowledge,ECG monitoring instrument use,ventilator use,blood collection,first-aid drug use scores were higher than the reference group(P<0.05),experimental group team collaboration,human care,communication,physical monitoring service attitude ability was higher than the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of scenario simulation teaching method in pediatric nurses during the implementation of pediatric cardiopulmonary resuscitation training can effectively improve the nurse training effect and enhance the nurse's working ability,which is worth promoting.
