案例教学法在儿科护士规范化培训教学中的应用效果评价 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析案例教学法在儿科护士规范化培训教学中的应用效果。方法选取2016年1月—2019年1月该科招收的10名新护士作为观察对象,根据培训教学方式的不同将其平均分为观察组与对照组两组,对照组护士接受规范化培训教学,观察组护士接受案例教学法培训教学,观察对比两组教学效果。结果观察组护士规范化培训教学结束考核理论知识得分与操作技巧得分均显著高于对照组护士(P<0.05);观察组护士考核总优良率(100.00%)比对照组护士考核总优良率(40.00%)高,两组对比差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.286,P=0.038)。结论案例教学法可有效提高儿科护士规范化培训教学效果,提升儿科护士理论知识与操作技能的掌握情况,促进临床儿科护理质量的全面提升,值得推广。 Objective To analyze the application effect of case teaching method in the standardized training of pediatric nurses.Methods From January 2016 to January 2019,10 new nurses enrolled in the department were selected as observation objects.According to the different training methods,they were divided into observation group and control group.The control group received standardized training.The observation group nurses received the case teaching method training and observed and compared the two groups of teaching effects.Results The scores of the theoretical knowledge scores and operation skills of the nurses in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total excellent rate of the nurses in the observation group(100.00%)was higher than that of the control group(40.00%),the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^2=4.286,P=0.038).Conclusion The case teaching method can effectively improve the teaching effect of standardized training for pediatric nurses,improve the mastery of theoretical knowledge and operational skills of pediatric nurses,and promote the comprehensive improvement of clinical pediatric nursing quality,which is worth promoting.
