摘要
该文分别介绍了BJ-DRGs模式、单病种付费和按病种分值付费的探索实践,并梳理在实践中出现的问题,以期能为进一步深化基本医保支付方式改革,形成以按病种付费为主的多元复合式医保支付方式提供一些参考。
This paper introduces the exploration practice of BJ-DRGs mode,single disease payment and payment by disease value,and sorts out the problems in practice,in order to further deepen the reform of basic medical insurance payment methods and form a disease-based disease.The payment-based multi-component medical insurance payment method provides some references.
