摘要
目的研究评价延续性护理管理在传染病患者出院后的应用效果及满意度影响。方法该次研究时间为2018年2月—2019年2月,共38名护士纳入该次研究,随机分为两组。对照组护士接受常规护理管理培训,实验组护士接受延续性护理管理专科培训;随机抽取每组护士所护理的患者50名,比较两组护士获得的满意度。结果实验组护士专业知识掌握程度高于对照组,工作压力低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组护士获得的满意度高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对传染病患者出院后应用延续性护理管理能够有效提高护士的专业知识掌握程度,降低工作压力,提高满意度,值得在临床中应用、推广。
Objective To evaluate the effect of continuous nursing management on the application effect and satisfaction of patients with infectious diseases after discharge.Methods The study time was from February 2018 to February 2019.38 nurses were randomly divided into two groups.The nurses in the control group received routine nursing management training,and the nurses in the experimental group received continuous nursing management training.50 patients in each group were randomly selected to compare the satisfaction of the two groups of nurses.Results The mastery of the professional knowledge of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the work stress was lower than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the nurses in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant.Conclusion The application of continuous nursing management after discharge from infectious diseases can effectively improve the mastery of nurses'professional knowledge,reduce work stress and improve satisfaction.It is worthy of application in clinical practice.
