姜黄素对肉鸡血清生化指标的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨姜黄素对肉鸡血清酶及葡萄糖(GLU)等部分血清生化指标的影响。方法:取健康1日龄艾拔益加肉鸡(AA肉鸡)225只,随机分成3组,每组5个重复,每个重复15只,Ⅰ组为对照组饲喂基础日粮,Ⅱ组饲喂基础日粮+750 mg/kg金霉素(10%),Ⅲ组饲喂基础日粮+250 mg/kg姜黄素,分别在3和6周龄时测定各组血清酶和生化指标。结果:3周龄时,与Ⅰ组对照组相比,Ⅲ组LDH活力降低了26.92%(P<0.05);Ⅱ、Ⅲ组ALT活力分别降低了8.25%和7.24%(P<0.05);Ⅱ、Ⅲ组AST活力分别降低了5.06%和4.56%(P<0.01);Ⅱ、Ⅲ组LPS活力分别降低了21.73%和27.98%(P<0.01)。6周龄时,与Ⅰ组相比,Ⅱ、Ⅲ组LDH活力分别降低了17.06%和39.00%(P<0.05);ALT活力3组差异均不显著(P>0.05);AST活性分别降低了2.48%和2.98%(P<0.01);LPS活性Ⅱ组比Ⅰ组升高了2.45倍(P<0.01),Ⅲ组比Ⅰ组升高1.40倍(P>0.05)。Ⅱ、Ⅲ组比较,Ⅲ组LDH和LPS活性显著低于Ⅱ组(P<0.05),ALT和AST活性两组差异不显著(P>0.05)。GLU含量3组差异均不显著(P>0.05);Ⅱ、Ⅲ组UA和BUN含量均显著低于Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。结论:姜黄素对肉鸡血清LDH、ALT、AST、LPS、BUN、UA含量均有显著影响,对血清GLU含量无影响。 Objective:To investigate the effect of curcumin on serum enzyme and some serum biochemical indices in broilers.Methods:A total of 225 health 1-day-old AA broilers were randomly divided into 3 groups,with 5 replicates in each group and 15 in each replicate.Test groupⅠwas fed basal diet as control group,test groupⅡwas fed basal diet+750 mg/kg aureomycin(10%),test groupⅢfed basal diet+250 mg/kg of curcumin.Determination of serum biochemical indexes in each group at 3 and 6 weeks of age.Results:At the 3 weeks,compared withⅠgroup,the activity of LDH in groupⅢwas reduced by 26.92%(P<0.05).The activity of ALT in groups II andⅢwas was reduced by 8.25%and 7.24%(P<0.05).The activity of AST in groupsⅡandⅢwas reduced by 5.06%and 4.56%(P<0.01).The activity of LPS in groups II and III decreased by 21.73%and 27.98%(P<0.01).At 6 weeks,compared withⅠgroup,LDH activity in groups II and III decreased by 17.06%and 39.00%(P<0.05).ALT activity was not significantly different among the three groups(P>0.05).AST activity in groups II and III decreased by 2.48%and 2.98%(P<0.01).LPS activity in group II was 2.45 times higher than that in group I(P<0.01),and that in group III was 1.40 times higher than that in group I(P>0.05).Comparison between two groups II and III,LDH and LPS activities in group III were significantly lower than those in group II(P<0.05),ALT and AST activity differences between the two groups was not significant(P>0.05).The content of GLU was no significant difference in among the three groups(P>0.05).The content of UA and BUN in groupsⅡandⅢwere significantly lower than those in group I(P<0.05).Conclusion:Curcumin had significant effects on serum LDH,ALT,AST,LPS,BUN and UA levels in broilers,but had no effect on serum GLU levels.
