摘要
股骨头坏死(femoral head necrosis,FHN)是一种骨代谢疾病,发病率高达20%。该疾病不仅危害肉鸡的生长发育和福利,还对肉鸡养殖业造成可怕的经济损失。该病以股骨头关节软骨损伤或分离,关节软骨细胞异常死亡为临床特征。该病的病因和发病机理较为复杂,至今尚不明确。通过步态评分和病理检查可确诊该病。而加强饲养管理,补充营养,促进骨骼生长发育,改善骨骼质量,可减少该病的发病率。糖皮质激素可诱导肉鸡发生FHN。本文根据国内外研究报道,就肉鸡股骨头坏死的研究进展进行介绍。
Femoral head necrosis(FHN)is one of bone metabolism diseases that occurs in the fast growing broilers.The incidence of osteonecrosis can be as high as 20%.It not only affects the growth and development of the broiler by giving rise to apoor bird welfare,but also causes considerable economic losses to the broiler industry.The FHN disease is characterized by the damage or separation of articular cartilage of the femoral head and the abnormal death of articular chondrocytes.The etiology and mechanism of the FHN in broilers are complex,so far it is not understood.Gait score and pathological examination can accurately diagnose the disease.It can reduce the incidence of the disease by husbandary management,nutrition supplement and improvment of bone growth,development and quality.Glucocorticoid can used to induce FHN in broilers,so as to carry out a comparative study of the disease.This paper reviewed the research progress of FHN in broilers according to the domestic and foreign research reports.
