摘要
为应用茶树内生真菌资源防治植物病害提供参考,对桂香18号茶树的根、茎、叶进行内生真菌分离纯化,对分离的内生真菌进行7种植物病原菌的抑菌活性测定,根据测定结果筛选出广谱抗性菌株应用于生产。结果表明:从茶树的根、茎、叶中共分离出24株内生真菌,其中,从茎中分离的编号为J-7的内生真菌抑菌效果较好且广谱性较强,其对芒果蒂腐病、香蕉枯萎病、芒果炭疽病、苹果轮纹病、火龙果黑斑病、番茄早疫病的抑制率分别为70.14%、75.76%、75.86%、80.16%、85.59%、93.18%,结合形态学鉴定和分子生物学鉴定,该菌株属于镰刀菌属(Fusarium.sp)。
In order to lay the foundation for the application of tea endophytic fungal resources to control plant diseases,the endophytic fungi were isolated and purified from the roots,stems and leaves of Guixiang 18 tea tree.The inhibitory activities of the isolated endophytic fungi were tested on seven plant pathogenic bacteria,based on the results,a broad-spectrum resistant strain was screened out for production.Results:A total of 24 endophytic fungi were isolated from the roots,stems and leaves of tea trees.Among them,the endophytic fungus numbered J-7 isolated from the stems had good antibacterial effect and strong broad-spectrum.The inhibitory rates of mango rot,banana wilt,mango anthracnose,apple ring rot,dragon fruit black spot,and tomato early blight were 70.14%,75.76%,75.86%,80.16%,85.59%,and 93.18%,respectively.Combining morphological identification and molecular biological identification,the strain belongs to Fusarium.sp.
