摘要
为六堡茶的推广栽培提供参考,以六堡茶群体种扦插苗为材料,采用水培法研究不同浓度(0 mg/L、50 mg/L、100 mg/L、150 mg/L)NaCl胁迫对六堡茶生理指标的影响,探明六堡茶对NaCl胁迫的生理适应性。结果表明:随着NaCl浓度增加,六堡茶的MDA含量逐渐增加,POD、CAT、SOD 3种抗氧化酶活性均呈先升后降变化趋势,叶绿素a、叶绿素b及叶绿素总量均呈下降趋势,可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量均呈先升后降变化趋势。叶绿素含量与MDA含量间呈显著负相关,可溶性糖含量与POD活性间呈显著正相关,可溶性蛋白含量与CAT活性间呈显著正相关。
The effect of different NaCl stress(0 mg/L,50 mg/L,100 mg/L and 150 mg/L)on physiological indexes of Liupao Tea cutting seedlings was studied by a hydroponic method to verify the physiological suitability of Liupao Tea to NaCl stress and provide a reference for popularization and cultivation of Liupao Tea.Result:With increase of NaCl concentration,MDA content in leaves of Liupao Tea increases gradually,leaf POD,CAT and SOD activity shows a first rise and then declining trend,leaf chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and chlorophyll a+b presents a declining trend,and leaf soluble sugar and protein content shows a first rise and then declining trend.Leaf chlorophyll content is negatively related to leaf MDA content significantly.Leaf soluble sugar content is positively related to leaf POD activity significantly.Leaf soluble protein content is positively related to leaf CAT activity significantly.
