摘要
目的研究布朗卷柏(Selaginella braunii Baker)中的黄酮类成分。方法采用正相硅胶柱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱及半制备高效液相色谱等分离方法对布朗卷柏的75%乙醇提取物进行分离纯化,并根据化合物的理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果从布朗卷柏的75%乙醇提取物中分离得到10个黄酮类化合物,分别鉴定为8’’-methylnaringeninyl-(4’’’,O,3)-kaempferol(1)、2’’,3’’-dihydroochnaflavone(2)、白果黄素(3)、穗花杉双黄酮(4)、kaempferol-3,7-di-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(5)、芹菜素6,8-二-C-β-D-葡萄糖苷(6)、芹菜素6-C-β-D-葡萄糖-8-C-α-L-阿拉伯糖苷(7)、4’-羟基-5-羧甲基黄酮-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(8)、7,4’-二羟基-5-羧甲基黄酮(9)、山奈酚(10)。结论共得到10个化合物,且10个化合物均为首次从布朗卷柏中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of flavonoids in Selaginella braunii Baker.Methods The constituents were isolated and purified by column chromatographies on silica gel column,Sephadex LH-20 column and Prep-HPLC chromatographic methods,and their structures were elucidated by chemical and spectroscopic methods.Results Ten compounds were identified as 8’’-methylnaringeninyl-(4’’’,O,3)-kaempferol(1),2’’,3’’-dihydroochnaflavone(2),bilobetin(3),amentobiflavonoid(4),kaempferol-3,7-di-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(5),apingenin 6,8-di-C-β-D-glucopyranoside(6),apingenin 6-C-β-D-glucopyranosyl-8-α-L-arabinopyranoside(7),4’-hydroxy-5-carboxymethyl-flavonoid-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(8),7,4’-hydroxy-5-carboxymethyl-flavonoid(9),kaempferol(10).Conclusion Compounds 1-10 were all isolated from this plant for the first time.
