摘要
浙江松阳通过在文化挖掘中发展乡村经济、在文化保护中衍生新型业态、在文化赋能中倡导主客共享、在文化传承中突出互融互通等4个方面逐步实现乡村振兴,为以文化引领助力乡村振兴战略的实施提供了有益的启示:因地制宜,彰显文化特色;广泛动员,坚持百姓主体;积极引资,巧于借助外力。通过文化引领助力乡村发展既是乡村振兴的必经之路,也是全面践行"两山理念"的创新实践。
In recent years, Songyang county of Zhejiang Province revitalizes its rural areas by adopting 4 approaches: facilitating rural economic growth by digging and exploiting local culture, advocating host-vip sharing in culture-empowered development, fostering new forms of business through cultural protection, and highlighting mutual integration and exchange in cultural inheritance. The practices of the county offers insightful experience for culture-led rural revitalization in three aspects: highlighting local cultural characteristics to adjust local development conditions;setting common people as the main body of interest so as to motivate extensively among local people;skillfully relying on external forces to attract investments. Leading rural development through local culture is not only the solution for Rural Revitalization, but also an innovative practice of comprehensively implementation to the"two mountain idea".
