摘要
虽然从整体上看浙江省乡村振兴步伐一直走在全国前列,但对浙西南山区而言,乡村振兴仍然任重道远。基于浙西南山区经济社会的发展现状,秉承"山区农村开放"和"生态资源共享"的发展理念,提出"农业+"发展路径,引导山区优质农业农村资源得到高效开发利用,并按照"产业兴旺、生态宜居、乡风文明、治理有效、生活富裕"的总要求,提出推进山区乡村振兴建设的五项行动计划。
Zhejiang province is one of the leading provinces of China in implementing rural vitalization strategies.However, mountain regions of southwest Zhejiang Province still have a long way to go in this respect. This paper analyzes the economic and social characteristics of Southwest Zhejiang Province. Based on the development principle of opening mountain regions and sharing ecological resource, it proposes "agriculture+"approach to guide the effective development and utilization of rural agricultural resources. In accordance with this approach, the five-action plan for facilitating rural revitalization of Southwest Zhejiang is suggested.
