摘要
课程思政背景下要求学科教师具备良好的自身素质、政治素养和思政教学能力,但实际工作中仍有部分学科教师在这些方面有待提升与改进。因此,文章提出了树立学科教师教书育人的价值观,加强学科教师思政教学意识,构建思政教师与学科教师沟通的合理机制等解决对策。
Under the background of curriculum ideological and political education,teachers of certain disciplines are required to have good self-quality,political literacy and ideological and political teaching ability,but there are still some teachers to be improved in these aspects.Therefore,this paper puts forward some solutions,such as setting up the values of teaching and educating the teachers,strengthening the their ideological and political teaching consciousness,and constructing a reasonable mechanism of communication between the ideological and political teachers and the teachers.
