曲安奈德局部封闭结合CO2点阵激光治疗增生性瘢痕 被引量:4

Treatment of Hypertrophic Scar with Triamcinolone Acetonide Local Block Combined with CO2 Lattice Laser

摘要 目的:探讨曲安奈德局部封闭结合CO2点阵激光治疗增生性瘢痕的临床效果。方法:选取2017年6月-2018年6月笔者所在医院皮肤科收治的增生性瘢痕患者56例,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和联合组,每组28例。对照组局部注射曲安奈德治疗,联合组在对照组基础上联合CO2点阵激光治疗,比较两组临床疗效、瘢痕厚度、VSS评分。结果:治疗后两组瘢痕厚度、VSS评分均较治疗前降低,且联合组治疗后瘢痕厚度、VSS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组治疗总有效率高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:曲安奈德局部封闭结合CO2点阵激光治疗增生性瘢痕可取得良好效果,能改善患者症状,降低瘢痕厚度。 Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Triamcinolone Acetonide local block combined with CO2 lattice laser in the treatment of hypertrophic scar.Method:A total of 56 patients with hypertrophic scar who were admitted in the dermatology department of our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected.They were divided into the control group and the combined group according to the random number table method,28 cases in each group.The control group was treated by local injection of Triamcinolone Acetonide,and the combined group was treated by CO2 lattice laser on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,scar thickness and VSS score of the two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,the scar thickness and VSS score of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scar thickness and VSS score of the combined group after treatment were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05)Conclusion:Triamcinolone Acetonide local block combined with CO2 lattice laser in the treatment of hypertrophic scar can achieve good results,improve the symptoms of patients,reduce scar thickness.
