摘要
目的:探讨康复新液保留灌肠治疗急性放射性直肠炎的效果。方法:选取2017年5月-2019年3月116例急性放射性直肠炎患者,随机分为研究组(60例)和对照组(56例)。研究组采用康复新液50 ml+蒙脱石散6 g混合成混悬液灌肠,对照组采用蒙脱石散6 g+地塞米松10 mg+0.9%氯化钠注射液50 ml混合成灌肠液灌肠。1~2次/d,1周为一疗程。比较两组疗效、生活质量评分及不良反应发生率。结果:研究组总有效率为90.00%(54/60),对照组总有效率为89.29%(50/56),两组总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^2=0.893,P=0.640)。两组恶心、呕吐发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组医源性库欣综合征、真菌性肠炎、痤疮发生率均高于研究组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组躯体功能、角色功能和社会功能评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:康复新液治疗急性放射性直肠炎的效果与地塞米松相似,症状缓解率高,但康复新液的副作用更少,是一种有效的替代方案。
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of Kangfuxin Liquid in the treatment of acute radiation proctitis.Method:From May 2017 to March 2019,116 patients with acute radiation proctitis were randomly divided into the study group(60 cases)and the control group(56 cases).In the study group,50 ml of Kangfuxin Liquid and 6 g of Montmorillonite Powder were mixed into suspension to clyster,while in the control group,6 g of Montmorillonite Powder+10 mg of Dexamethasone+50 ml 0.9%Sodium Chloride Injection were mixed into suspension to clyster.1-2 times/d,1 week is a course of treatment.The efficacy,quality of life score and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate in the study group was 90.00%(54/60),and the total effective rate in the control group was 89.29%(50/56).The total effective rate of the two groups were compared,and the difference was not statistically significant(χ^2=0.893,P=0.640).The incidence of nausea and vomiting was compared between the two groups,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).While the incidences of iatrogenic Cushing’s syndrome,fungal enteritis and acne in the control group were higher than those of the study group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of physical function,role function and social function in the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Kangfuxin Liquid is similar to Dexamethasone in the treatment of acute radiation proctitis,which have high symptom relief rates,but Kangfuxin Liquid has fewer side effects and is an effective alternative.
