摘要
目的:探究在围产期孕妇下肢深静脉血栓中应用不同模式的临床防治对策。方法:选取2018年2月-2019年2月在笔者所在医院就诊高危围产期下肢深静脉血栓患者150例,分组方式采用随机分组法,分成A、B、C三组,每组50例。A组采用弹力袜联合LMWH治疗法,B组采用LMWH预防措施,C组不采用任何治疗措施。结果:A、B两组与C组比较,APTT、PT、TT指标均高于C组,FBG低于C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A、B两组凝血指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前,三组产妇生活质量评分无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,生活质量评分按照从高到低的顺序为A组、B组、C组(P<0.05)。下肢深静脉血栓发生率按照从低到高排列为A组、B组、C组,各组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在围产期孕妇下肢深静脉血栓疾病防治中采用弹力袜联合LMWH治疗法,治疗效果更为显著,有助于稳定产妇的凝血指标,提升生活质量,降低下肢深静脉血栓发生率。
Objective:To explore the clinical prevention and treatment of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity in perinatal women.Method:From February 2018 to February 2019,150 cases of high risk deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity in perinatal women were randomly divided into three groups,group A,group B and group C.There were 50 cases in each group.Group A was treated with elastic socks combined with LMWH,group B was treated with LMWH preventive measures,and group C was not treated with any treatment measures.Result:The APTT,PT,TT index of group A and B were higher than those of group C,and the FBG was lower than that of group C(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in coagulation indexes between group A and group B(P>0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in quality of life score among the three groups(P>0.05),but after treatment,the score of quality of life in group A,group B and group C was in the order of high to low(P<0.05).The incidence of deep venous thrombosis in lower extremity was significantly different among group A,group B and group C according to the order from low to high(P<0.05).Conclusion:Elastic socks combined with LMWH is more effective in the prevention and treatment of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity in perinatal women,which is helpful to stabilize the coagulation index of parturients and improve their health.Live mass and lower the incidence of deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremities.
