摘要
目的:探讨对妇科恶性肿瘤患者使用腹腔镜手术,并在术后配合加速康复外科护理的效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2017年7月-2019年6月收治的66例妇科恶性肿瘤患者,随机分为研究组和对照组,各33例。两组均进行腹腔镜手术,使用加速康复外科护理的为研究组,使用常规护理的为对照组,比较患者SAS和SDS评分、生活质量,护理满意度,并发症。结果:研究组SAS、SDS评分、并发症发生率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组生活质量评分、护理满意度均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对妇科恶性肿瘤患者使用腹腔镜手术,并在术后配合加速康复外科护理,可降低患者SAS和SDS评分,改善患者心理状态,减少并发症发生,提高患者术后生活质量,提高护理满意度,改善护患关系,因此具有临床应用推广的价值。
Objective:To investigate the effect of accelerated rehabilitation surgical nursing in laparoscopic nursing of gynecological malignant tumors.Method:From July 2017 to June 2019,66 patients with gynecologic malignant tumors in our hospital were selected,ane they were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,33 cases in each group.Laparoscopic surgery was performed in both groups,accelerated rehabilitation surgical nursing was used as the study group,and routine nursing was used as the control group.The SAS and SDS scores,quality of life,nursing satisfaction and complications were compared.Result:The SAS,SDS score and the incidence of complications in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life and nursing satisfaction were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of laparoscopic surgery for gynecological malignant tumors and the accelerated rehabilitation of surgical care after surgery can reduce SAS and SDS scores,improve the psychological state of patients,reduce the occurrence of complications,improve the quality of life after surgery,and improve nursing satisfaction.Improve the relationship between nursing and patient,so it has the value of clinical application.
