摘要
目的:分析对人工全髋关节置换术患者实施协同护理干预的临床效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2018年2月-2019年2月收治的80例人工全髋关节置换术患者,随机分成观察组与对照组,每组40例。给予观察组患者协同护理干预,给予对照组患者常规护理干预,观察两组患者的护理干预效果。结果:观察组优良率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对人工全髋关节置换术患者实施协同护理干预,可有效降低并发症发生率,提高患者的护理满意度,在临床护理中有较高的应用价值,值得推广。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of collaborative nursing intervention in patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty.Method:A total of 80 patients with total hip arthroplasty who were admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group.The patients in the observation group were giving nursing intervention,the patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention,and the effect of nursing intervention in the two groups were observed.Result:The effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence and satisfaction of postoperative complications in the observation group were significantly better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the implementation of clinical nursing care for patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty,the implementation of collaborative nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of patients’complications,improve patients’satisfaction.In clinical care,it has a high application value and is worth promoting.
