摘要
开展廉政档案建设是新时代高校廉政风险防控的重要抓手,也是创新纪检监察监督方式的重要体现。文章从风险社会理论的视角,探讨了高校廉政风险的特征和廉政档案在高校干部廉政风险防控中的作用,从加强党对廉政档案建设的领导、建立多元联建机制、推进动态管理和建立监督评价机制四方面提出了建设廉政档案的路径。
The construction of clean government archives is an important grasp of the risk prevention and control of clean government in colleges and universities in the new era,and also an important embodiment of innovating the way of discipline inspection,supervision and supervision.From the perspective of risk society theory,this paper discussed the characteristics of college clean government risk and the role of clean government files in the prevention and control of college cadres’clean government risk,and put forward the path of building a good clean government file from four aspects:strengthening the party’s leadership in the construction of clean government files,establishing a multiple joint construction mechanism,promoting dynamic management and establishing a supervision and evaluation mechanism.
