摘要
目的:分析麦默通乳腺微创旋切术治疗乳腺良性肿块的效果及对患者免疫功能的影响。方法:将笔者所在医院2017年1月-2018年6月收治的76例乳腺良性肿块患者作为研究对象,按照住院单双号将其分为治疗组和常规组,各38例。常规组给予传统开放式手术治疗,治疗组给予麦默通乳腺微创旋切术治疗。对比两组手术效果。结果:手术后,常规组CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+水平均明显低于手术前(P<0.05)。两组CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组CD4^+/CD8^+、CD4^+、CD8^+水平与手术前比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组手术用时、术后住院时间均短于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组瘢痕长度短于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组的并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:麦默通乳腺微创旋切术治疗乳腺良性肿块,机体的免疫反应轻微,且术后恢复快,并发症发生率低,值得推广。
Objective:To analyze the curative effect of Mammotome minimally invasive breast surgery in the treatment of benign breast masses and its influence on immune function of patients.Method:A total of 76 patients with benign breast masses admitted in our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were divided into the treatment group and the conventional group according to the number of hospitalized single and double,38 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with traditional open surgery,while the treatment group was treated with Mammotome minimally invasive breast surgery.The effect after operation was compared between the two groups.Result:After operation,the levels of CD4^+,CD4^+/CD4^+in the conventional group were significantly lower than those before operation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were significant differences in CD4^+,CD4^+/CD4^+between the two groups(P<0.05).The levels of CD4^+/CD4^+,CD4^+and CD4^+in the treatment group were not significantly different than those before operation(P>0.05).The operation time and postoperative hospital stay in the treatment group were shorter than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scar length in the treatment group was shorter than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mammotome minimally invasive breast surgery in the treatment of benign breast masses,the body’s immune response is slight,and the postoperative recovery is fast,and the incidence of complications is low,which is worthy of promotion.
