摘要
目的:分析早期手术治疗老年患者股骨转子间骨折临床效果及髋关节功能。方法:选择2017年9月-2019年3月笔者所在医院收治的82例股骨转子间骨折老年患者,按随机数表分为两组,患者均行PFNA术治疗,对照组41例选择择期手术(24 h后),研究组41例选择早期手术治疗(24 h内),对比两组患者临床疗效、髋关节功能及生活质量。结果:研究组愈合时间为(10.98±1.12)周,住院时间为(8.26±2.37)d,均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后髋关节功能评分为(88.70±10.78)分,优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组心理功能评分为(90.74±3.12)分,社会功能评分为(91.40±2.32)分,躯体功能评分为(90.75±3.13)分,物质生活评分为(91.31±2.95)分,均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对老年股骨转子间骨折患者行早期手术治疗,可缩短患者愈合时间和住院时间,改善髋关节功能,有效提高其生活质量,值得临床推广和使用。
Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy and hip function of early surgical in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures in elderly patients.Method:The eighty-two elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures in our hospital from September 2017 to March 2019 were enrolled.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table.All patients underwent PFNA.The 41 patients in the control group underwent elective surgery(after 24 hours).The 41 patients in the study group underwent early surgical treatment(within 24 hours),and the clinical efficacy,hip function and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Result:The healing time and hospitalization time of the study group were(10.98±1.12)weeks and(8.26±2.37)days,which were significantly shorter than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of hip joint function in the study group was(88.70±10.78)points after treatment,which was better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The psychological function score of the study group was(90.74±3.12)points,the social function score was(91.40±2.32)points,the somatic function score was(90.75±3.13)points,and the material life score was(91.31±2.95)points,all of which were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The early surgical in the treatment of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures can shorten the healing time and hospitalization time,improve hip function and improve their quality of life.It is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
