摘要
目的:探索PDCA循环护理模式在外伤应激性高血糖患者中的应用价值。方法:选取2018年3月-2019年5月在笔者所在医院急诊病房就诊的69例外伤合并应激性高血糖患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组(34例)接受常规护理,观察组(35例)采用PDCA护理,比较两组患者应激性高血糖控制达标时间、患者血糖平均水平、患者住院满意度等方面的差异。结果:观察组平均血糖控制达标时间为(6.53±2.4)d;而对照组平均血糖控制时间为(8.32±2.50)d;差异有统计学意义(t=3.034,P=0.002)。观察组患者共完成234例次随机血糖测量,平均血糖水平为(7.92±3.30)mmol/L,对照组完成259例次随机血糖测量,平均血糖水平(8.62±3.50)mmol/L;差异有统计学意义(t=2.290,P=0.023)。观察组护理总满意度为94.29%(33/35),而对照组为85.29%(29/34),两组差异有统计学意义(x^2=6.822,P=0.033)。结论:在外伤应激性高血糖患者中应用PDCA护理模式,可以缩短患者的血糖控制达标时间,提高血糖控制水平及护理满意度。
Objective:To explore the value of PDCA cycle nursing model in patients with traumatic stress hyperglycemia.Method:A total of 69 patients with traumatic stress hyperglycemia who were admitted to the emergency ward of our hospital from March 2018 to May 2019 were enrolled in the study.They were randomly divided into two groups,the control group(34 patients)received routine nursing care,and the observation group(35 patients)received PDCA cycle nursing.The difference of the time of stress hyperglycemia control,the average blood glucose level and the hospitalization satisfaction of patients between the two groups were compared.Result:The mean blood glucose control time in the observation group was(6.53±2.40)days,while that in the control group was(8.32±2.50)days,and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.034,P=0.002).A total of 234 random blood glucose measurements were performed in the observation group,and the average blood glucose was(7.92±3.30)mmol/L,and 259 random blood glucose measurements were performed in the control group,with the average blood glucose was(8.62±3.50)mmol/L,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.290,P=0.023).The nursing total satisfaction of the observation group was 94.29%(33/35),while that of the control group was 85.29%(29/34),and the difference was statistically significant(x^2=6.822,P=0.033).Conclusion:The application of PDCA nursing mode in patients with traumatic hyperglycemia can shorten the patients’blood glucose control time,improve blood glucose control level and nursing satisfaction.
