摘要
目的:探究椎弓根钉治疗腰椎间盘突出症手术的护理配合效果。方法:选取2017年5月-2019年1月笔者所在医院收治的86例腰椎间盘突出症患者为研究对象,86例患者均行椎弓根钉手术治疗,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组43例。对照组实施常规护理配合,而观察组实施手术室护理配合。比较两组患者手术指标、并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果:观察组手术时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为2.33%,明显低于对照组的16.28%,差异有统计学意义(x^2=4.96,P<0.05)。观察组患者护理总满意度为95.35%,高于对照组的81.40%,差异有统计学意义(x^2=4.07,P<0.05)。结论:椎弓根钉治疗腰椎间盘突出症手术的护理配合,能有效缩短手术时间,减少患者术中出血量,有效降低并发症发生率,并提高患者护理满意度,具有显著的应用效果。
Objective:To explore the nursing cooperation effect of pedicle screw in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Method:A total of 86 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted in our hospital from May 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects.All 86 patients underwent pedicle screw surgery.They were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing cooperation,while the observation group was given operation room nursing.The operation indicators,complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Result:The operation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the amount of bleeding during the operation was less than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.33%,which was significantly lower than 16.28%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(x^2=4.96,P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.35%,which was higher than 81.40%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(x^2=4.07,P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing cooperation of pedicle screw in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation can effectively shorten the operation time,reduce the amount of bleeding,and effectively reduce the incidence of complications and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.It has significant application effect.
