摘要
目的:研究体位护理引导预见性护理对剖宫产后并发症发生的预防作用。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年5月笔者所在医院接收的200例行剖宫产手术的产妇进行研究,按照随机数字表法将其随机均分为对照组和观察组,每组100例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取体位护理引导预见性护理。比较两组产妇护理前后心理状态、并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果:护理前,两组SAS、SDS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组SAS、SDS评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后出血、产褥感染、尿潴留、静脉血栓、低血压及其他并发症发生率均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度为95.00%,显著高于对照组的77.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:体位护理引导预见性护理对剖宫产后并发症发生有较好的预防作用,能够缓解产妇剖宫产后焦虑、抑郁情绪,有效降低术后出血、产褥感染、尿潴留、静脉血栓、低血压等并发症发生率。同时提升产妇护理满意度,具有较高的临床推广应用价值。
Objective:To study the preventive effect of postural nursing guide predictive nursing on the complications after cesarean section.Method:A total of 200 cases of parturient undergoing cesarean section in our hospital from January 2018 to May 2019 were selected for the research.According to the random number table method,they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 100 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received postural nursing guide predictive nursing.The psychological status,complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups before and after nursing were compared.Result:Before nursing,there were no significant differences in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative bleeding,puerperal infection,urinary retention,venous thrombosis,hypotension and other complications in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than 77.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Postural nursing guided predictive nursing has a good preventive effect on the occurrence of complication after cesarean section,which can alleviate the parturient anxiety and depression after cesarean section,and effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative bleeding,puerperal infection,urinary retention,venous thrombosis,hypotension and other complications.At the same time,it improves the parturient nursing satisfaction,and has a high value of clinical promotion and application.
