摘要
目的:分析在厌食症患儿的治疗中应用微生态制剂辅助辅助治疗的效果及对摄食调控因子的影响。方法:92例厌食症患儿随机分为对照组与研究组,每组46例。对照组采用常规治疗,研究组在常规治疗基础上应用微生态制剂辅助治疗。对比两组治疗前后的摄食调控因子水平,并对比两组的治疗效果。结果:两组治疗后的血清神经肽Y(NPY)、β-内吗啡肽(β-EP)水平均提高,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在厌食症患儿的治疗中应用微生态制剂辅助治疗更利于改善摄食调控因子水平,并可提高治疗效果。
Objective:To analyze the effect of supplementary treatment with microecological agents in the treatment of children with anorexia and its influence on feeding regulation factors.Method:A total of 92 children with anorexia were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment,while the study group was treated with microecological agents on the basis of routine treatment.The levels of feeding regulators before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Result:The levels of serum neuropeptide Y(NPY)andβ-endomorphine peptide(β-EP)increased in both groups after treatment,which was statistically significant compared with before treatment(P<0.05),while those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of microecological agents in the treatment of children with anorexia is more conducive to improving the level of feeding regulators and the therapeutic effect.
