摘要
通过研究瓶级聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)产品中乙醛含量的测定标准,摸索影响乙醛结果的因素,总结这些因素对乙醛结果的影响规律,并对瓶级PET产品中乙醛含量的检测方法的细化或改进提出建设性的意见。通过比较瓶级PET产品的检测标准和实验,结果表明影响乙醛结果的主要因素是标准溶液的配制、标准曲线的建立、样品前处理参数的差异。对检测方法中标准溶液配制的详细说明、仪器配置的讨论、仪器参数的调整能提升实验效率和扩大适用性,总结影响乙醛结果的因素能为其他实验室研究瓶级PET产品中乙醛的测定提供科学依据。
By studying the determination standard of acetaldehyde content in bottle grade polyethylene terephthalate(PET)products,the influencing factors of determination of acetaldehyde are explored and summarized,also constructive comments on the refinement or improvement of the detection method for acetaldehyde content in PET bottles.The main factors affecting the acetaldehyde content can be obtained,such as the preparation of standard solutions,the establishment of standard curves,and the pretreatment parameters of samples,by comparing the test standards and experimental results of PET bottles.It can improve the experimental efficiency and expand the applicability,by optimization of the preparation of standard solution,the instrument configuration,and the instrument parameters.Also,it can provide scientific basis for other laboratories of the determination of acetaldehyde content in PET bottles by summarizing the factors affecting the acetaldehyde content.
