摘要
基于对四川秦巴山区部分县(市、区)的实地考察,总结了四川秦巴山区的贫困特征及致贫原因,并就区内乡村振兴路径选择问题进行了探讨。研究表明,自然条件恶劣、基础设施落后、技术创新能力弱以及资源开发不合理是制约四川秦巴山区经济发展的主要原因;综合区内贫困现状及实地调查数据,构建了适合四川秦巴山区的人才与科技振兴路径、农业产业化发展路径、旅游产业发展路径和城乡融合发展路径,四类发展路径能够有效促进四川秦巴山区农村减贫,推动四川秦巴山区乡村振兴。
Based on the field investigation of some counties in Qin-ba Mountain areas of Sichuan Province,this paper summarizes the characteristics and the causes of poverty in Qin-ba Mountain areas of Sichuan Province,and probes into the path selection of rural revitalization in the region.According to the survey,the main reasons for the long-term poverty in Qin-ba Mountain areas of Sichuan are poor natural conditions,backward infrastructure,weak ability of technological innovation and unreasonable resource development.Based on the field survey data,the path of talents and science and technology revitalization,agricultural industrialization development,tourism resources development and urban-rural integration development are constructed.The research shows that the four kinds of development paths can effectively promote poverty reduction and rural revitalization in the Qin-ba Mountains of Sichuan Province.
