摘要
大肠癌作为消化道常见的恶性肿瘤被大家所熟知,临床常采用手术、放化疗等方法进行治疗,但不良反应明显。中医药治疗大肠癌在临床上有减毒增效、延长患者寿命等显著的成效。文章就马科教授临床治疗大肠癌进行经验总结。马科教授认为大肠癌的发生主要与“正虚、邪实”相关,故临床上常采用“祛邪扶正”进行治疗,疗效显著。
Colorectal cancer is well known as a common malignant tumor of the digestive tract.It is often treated by surgery,radiotherapy and chemotherapy,but theadverse reactions are obvious.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of colorectal cancer has significant effects such as reducing toxicity and increasing the lifespan of patients.This article summarizes the experience of Professor Ma Ke s clinical treatment of colorectal cancer.Professor Ma Ke believes that the occurrence of colorectal cancer is mainly related to“Zhengxu,Xieshi”,so the clinical treatment of“Quxie Fuzheng”is often used in clinical practice and the curative effect is remarkable.
