摘要
目的:在部颁标准基础上,更好地控制丛菔药材的质量,提升了丛菔的质量控制方法和标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法,建立了β-谷甾醇的定性鉴别方法,运用高效液相色谱法,建立了精氨酸的含量测定方法;并参照《中国药典》2015年版附录相关方法,对丛菔的水分、重金属及水溶性浸出物进行了测定。结果:实验测定及方法学研究结果证明,修订后的丛菔薄层鉴别专属性强,方法简单,可操作性强。精氨酸的含量在:0.0612~0.306μg,范围内线形关系良好,平均加样回收率为97.0%(n=6),RSD=0.9%。结论:研究所建立的质量控制方法及标准可以全面有效地控制丛菔的质量。
Objective Based on the standards issued by the Ministry,in order to better control the quality of Solms-Laubachia pulcherrima and improve the quality control methods and standards of Solms-Laubachia pulcherrima.Methods The qualitative identification method ofβ-sitosterol was established by TLC,and the content determination method of arginine was established by HPLC.Heavy metals and water-soluble extracts were determined.Results The results of experimental measurement and methodological study show that the revised TLC method is specific,simple and operable.The content of arginine ranged from 0.0612 to 0.306μg,and the linear relationship was good.The average recovery of arginine was 97.0%(n=6)and RSD was 0.9%.Conclusion The quality control methods and standards established in this study can effectively control the quality of Solms-Laubachia pulcherrima.
