摘要
目的对比骨科手术期间以舒适护理模式摆放体位与常规护理模式摆放体位对患者的影响。方法方便选择2016年7月—2019年3月与该院接受骨科手术的患者66例为研究对象,根据患者入院先后顺序分为观察组与对照组,对照组患者体位摆放时辅以常规护理干预,观察组患者体位摆放时辅以舒适护理干预,检测并对比两组患者术后相关指标差异,评估并比较各组患者舒适度及皮肤损伤发生率。结果观察组患者术后收缩压(120.48±6.48)mmHg、舒张压(75.49±4.12)mmHg、心率(84.96±4.11)次/min均明显低于对照组(t=9.550、7.010、8.570,P<0.05)。同时观察组患者舒适度(96.97%)较对照组相比更高,皮肤受损发生率(9.09%)较对照组相比低(χ2=10.190、11.000,P<0.05)。结论骨科手术期间摆放体位时辅以舒适护理干预可以减小手术对患者的刺激,提高患者舒适感,减少皮肤受损问题,值得临床应用推广。
Objective To compare the influence of comfortable nursing position and routine nursing position on patients during orthopedic surgery.Methods The choice in this time,66 patients who underwent orthopaedic surgery in the hospital from July 2016 to March 2019 were conveniently selected as the research objects.According to the order of admission,the patients were divided into observation group and control group.The patients in control group were given routine nursing intervention while the patients in observation group were given comfortable nursing intervention when they were placed.The differences of related indicators between the two groups were detected and compared,and the patients in each group were evaluated and compared.Comfort and incidence of skin injury.Results The systolic blood pressure(120.48±6.48)mmHg,diastolic blood pressure(75.49±4.12)mmHg and heart rate(84.96±4.11)times/min in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(t=9.550,7.010,8.570,P<0.05).At the same time,the comfort degree(96.97%)of the patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of skin damage(9.09%)was lower than that in the control group(χ2=10.190,11.000,P<0.05).Conclusion During orthopedic surgery,the placement of body position supplemented by comfortable nursing intervention can reduce the stimulation of surgery to patients,improve patients'comfort,reduce skin damage,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
