微卡联合23价肺炎多糖疫苗预防对儿童下呼吸道感染的效果

摘要 目的研究微卡联合23价肺炎多糖疫苗预防对儿童下呼吸道感染的作用。方法随机抽选120例2018年2月—2019年2月期间符合疫苗接种条件的儿童进行该次研究,按照随机数字表法的方式将其区分成研究组和参照组,研究组接种微卡联合23价肺炎多糖疫苗,参照组则不接种疫苗。对研究组儿童进行为期2周的随访,观察其不良反应,对两组儿童进行为期1年的随访,对两组儿童下呼吸道感染的频率和程度,抗生素的使用频率、治疗时间和治疗费用以及免疫球蛋白以及血红蛋白的数据进行对比。结果研究组儿童下呼吸道感染人数22例、感染次数10次以及抗生素的使用次数43次等数据显著低于参照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ^2=34.169、5.263、78.450,P<0.05);且其治疗时间(4.2±0.3)d明显短于参照组,治疗费用(5327.8±123.4)元远低于参照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=62.215、86.071,P<0.05),同时研究组儿童免疫球蛋白以及血红蛋白等数据均高于参照组,以上数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对2~5岁的儿童接种微卡联合23价肺炎多糖疫苗,能够有效预防儿童下呼吸道感染的情况,临床应用价值较高,因而值得推广使用。 Objective To study the preventive effect of microcard combined with 23-valent pneumonia polysaccharide vaccine on lower respiratory tract infection in children.Methods 120 children eligible for vaccination from February 2018 to February 2019 were randomLy selected for this study.They were divided into study group and reference group according to random number table method.The study group was vaccinated with microcard combined with 23-valent pneumonia polysaccharide vaccine,while the reference group was not vaccinated.The children in the study group were followed up for 2 weeks to observe their adverse reactions.The children in the two groups were followed up for 1 year.The frequency and degree of lower respiratory tract infection,the frequency of antibiotic use,treatment time and cost,as well as the data of immunoglobulin and hemoglobin were compared between the two groups.Results In the study group,22 cases of children with lower respiratory tract infection,10 times of infection and 43 times of antibiotics were significantly lower than the reference group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^2=34.169,5.263,78.450,P<0.05).The treatment time(4.2±0.3)d was significantly shorter than the reference group,and the treatment cost(5327.8±123.4)yuan was much lower than the reference group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=62.215,86.071,P<0.05).At the same time,the data of children's immunoglobulin and hemoglobin in the study group were higher than the reference group,and the above data were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Microcard combined with 23-valent pneumonia polysaccharide vaccine can effectively prevent lower respiratory tract infections in children aged 2-5 years.It has high clinical value and is worth popularizing.
