基于差速对辊原理的生物质颗粒成型设备设计

Design of biomass particles molding equipment based on a pair of rollers with different rotation speeds

摘要 针对现有压辊式环模生物质颗粒成型设备存在的问题,设计了一种基于差速对辊原理的生物质颗粒成型设备,把成型模嵌入到辊轮中,通过辊轮凸缘与凹槽的相互配合,将生物质原料压入成型模中压缩成型。经试验验证,该设备生产的生物质颗粒符合要求,设备运行可靠,维护方便。 Aiming at the problems existing in loop die biomass particles forming equipment,this article provides a new biomass particles forming equipment based on a pair of rollers with different rotation speeds by embedding the molding dies into the rollers.Cooperate with the roller flange and the groove,the biomass material can be pressed into the molding dies to form biomass particles.It has been verified by experiments that the biomass particles produced by this equipment meet the requirements and the equipment is reliable in operation and convenient to maintain.
