阐述了物资计划中存在的问题,提出了可行性对策,剖析了物资计划管理走向;依托信息化平台科学编制物资计划,简化审批流程,明确责任分工,加强考核机制,建立"统一、集中、全面"的管理机制;依据物资消耗规律,提升基层单位物资计划质量为提高物资计划管理水平提供参考。
The article expounds the existing problems in the material planning, and further proposes the feasible countermeasures,makes an in-depth analysis of the direction of material planning management. Relying on the information platform to scientifically compile material plans, we simplify the examination and approval process, clarify the division of responsibilities, strengthen the assessment mechanism, establish a "unified, centralized, and comprehensive"management mechanism, and improve the quality of material plans in grass-roots units in accordance with the law of material consumption, which provides reference for improving the management level of material planning.
