为保障矿区安全生产,减少和杜绝车辆伤害事故的发生,通过加强驾驶员管理以及车辆安全管控设施的实践过程,阐述了如何管控矿区生产指挥车这个"移动的危险源",有效地确保了车辆运行安全,也为各大矿区生产指挥车管理提供新的思路和模式。
In order to ensure safe production in mining areas and reduce and eliminate the occurrence of vehicle injury accidents,through strengthening driver management and the practice and application of vehicle safety control facilities, this article expounds how to control the production command vehicle in mining areas, which effectively ensures the safety of vehicle operation and also provides new ideas and models for the management of production command vehicle in major mining areas.
