摘要
为了提高液压钻机油缸密封的工作可靠性,提高钻机的工作效率,根据对钻机工况的研究,结合露天矿开采的实际情况,对钻机各个油缸密封圈的选用进行分析,提出了一种适合钻机液压油缸的可靠密封系统。此类密封系统选用了常归的UHS系列的唇形密封圈,具有良好保压性能的DAS系列密封圈,具有抗冲击性能的斯特封,以及适应负载复杂变化的V型组合系列密封圈。最后进行样机的试制与测试,结果表明,该套油缸密封系统具有可靠性、优越性。
In order to improve the work reliability of the hydraulic drill cylinder seal, improve the work efficiency of drilling rig,according to the study of drilling conditions, combining with the actual situation of the open-pit mining, we analyzes the selection of drill each cylinder seal, and proposes a reliable sealing system suitable for drilling rig hydraulic oil cylinder. The sealing system uses UHS series of lip seal, with good pressure maintaining DAS series seal, the performance of shock resistance of the seal, and to adapt to changes in load and complex combination of V series sealing ring in the end by prototype trial-manufacture and testing.The results show that this set of cylinder sealing system has reliability and advantages.
