摘要
为了解基质配比、容器孔穴数和缓释肥不同水平及其组合对华山松(Pinus armandii)苗木生长的影响,采用L9(34)正交设计开展试验。结果表明,苗龄210~300 d的4个阶段(每30 d测定1次),不同处理组合苗木的平均地径和苗高分别为1.2~1.7,1.7~2.0,1.8~2.0,1.9~2.5 mm和6.1~7.4,6.6~7.9,6.9~9.7,7.4~10.8 cm,处理组合间此2项指标具有极显著的差异(P<0.01)。基质始终是影响4个阶段地径和苗高生长的主导因子,森林土∶草泥炭为1∶1的基质极显著地促进苗木生长。每容器施1.5 g缓释肥有益于苗木生长。基质和缓释肥对苗木生长具有极显著的交互作用(P<0.01)。表明疏松透气和充足的养分可极显著促进华山松苗木生长;有益于苗木生长的最优处理组合为森林土和草泥炭配比为1∶1的基质置于侧壁无孔的管状容器,每容器施1.5 g缓释肥。
In order to understand the effects of substrate ratio,container holes and levels of slow-release fertilizer(SRF)on the seedling growth of Pinus armandii,the L9(34)orthogonal design was applied to the implement of the experiment.The results showed that mean basal diameters(BDs)and seedling heights(SHs)of the treatment combinations(TCs)in the 4 stages(measured once every 30 days)for 210-300-day-old seedlings were 1.2-1.7,1.7-2.0,1.8-2.0,1.9-2.5 mm and 6.1-7.4,6.6-7.9,6.9-9.7,7.4-10.8 cm,respectively,with significant differences in these two treatments between the TCs(P<0.01).The substrate was always the dominant factor affecting the growth of the BDs and SHs in the four stages.Seeding growth was facilitated by fertilization of the 1.5 g/container SRF.The substrate and the SRF had significant interaction on seedling growth(P<0.01).Loose air permeability and sufficient nutrients could significantly promote the growth of the species seedlings.According to the trial results,the optimal TC for the growth of P.armandii seedlings was raised in the substrate with a 1:1 ratio of forest soil and grass peat put in a container of non-holes at jamb wall and fertilized 1.5 g/container of the SRF.
