摘要
为深化交通运输供给侧结构性改革,充分发挥铁路绿色环保优势,在阐述城市"外集内配"绿色铁路物流发展需求和发展目标的基础上提出3种城市"外集内配"绿色铁路物流模式,确定城市"外集内配"绿色铁路物流体系总体架构,并设计设施网络、运输组织、城市配送、绿色仓储、车辆装备、运营管理、信息平台7项子系统,提出城市"外集内配"绿色铁路物流体系建设路径。城市"外集内配"绿色铁路物流体系的设计为提升城市物资供应保障能力、降低城市物资综合物流成本、盘活城市内部铁路货场提供研究依据。
To deepen the structural reform of the supply-side of transportation and give full play to the advantages of railway in environmental protection, based on an overview of the development demand and goal of green urban railway logistics, this paper puts forward a green urban railway logistics framework of "External Collection and Internal Distribution" with 3 different logistics models, consisting of 7 functions including facility network, transportation organization, urban distribution, green warehousing, vehicle equipment, operation and management and information platform. In addition, this paper also puts forward the work path to construct the proposed framework, which is expected to serve as the supporting evidence for the rseaches on improving the supply capability, reducing the logistics costs and boosting the railway freight yards in cities.
