浅埋煤层沟谷下开采动载机理研究 被引量:13

Study on dynamic loading mechanism of mining in gully area of shallow coal seam

摘要 为了分析南梁煤矿工作面过沟谷底部时发生动载问题的原因,通过相似模拟研究、理论计算分析,对工作面过沟谷矿压显现的机理进行了研究。研究表明:工作面过沟谷底部时易发生切顶、煤壁片帮、台阶下沉等动载现象。在实验和理论分析的基础上,提出了工作面在推进过程中形成关键层"非均布载荷梁"结构,建立了关键层非均布载荷梁结构力学模型,得到了上覆岩层运动过程中相邻关键块失稳形成"滑移回转载荷"的计算公式,揭示了非均布载荷梁的破断以及瞬间滑移回转载荷的形成是导致动载发生的机理,为预防工作面过沟谷底部时发生动载提供了理论依据。 This study focuses on the reason of dynamic loading issue when working face passing through the bottom of gully area in Nanliang coalmine. The mechanism of mine pressure behaviors in gully area was studied using similar simulation and theoretical analysis. Results reveal that the dynamic loading phenomena such as roof cutting, coal wall falling and step sinking are easy to occur when working face passing through the bottom of gully area. The key layer "non-uniform load beam" structure formed during working face advancing was put forward. The mechanical model of key layer non-uniform load beam structure was established. Meanwhile, the calculating formula for "slip rotary load" of adjacent key blocks during overlying rock movement was obtained, which indicate the breaking of non-uniform load beam and the formation of instantaneous slip rotating load mainly result in the occurrence of dynamic loading. Outcomes of this study could provide theoretical basis for prevention of dynamic loading occurrence when working face passing through the bottom of gully area.
