摘要
软骨退变损伤(骨关节炎等)发病率呈逐年上升的趋势,给家庭和社会带来沉重压力。间充质干细胞能修复受损软骨已成为共识,随着研究的深入越来越多的证据显示其作用归结于旁分泌系统,尤其是外泌体。外泌体是一脂质双分子层囊性结构,包裹有蛋白质、脂质、mRNA、microRNAs(miRNAs/miRs)等生物活性因子,能够调节细胞的生物学功能。作为细胞间传递重要信息的信号和载体,在软骨退变损伤的修复中发挥着非常重要的作用。文章主要对携带miRNAs的间充质干细胞来源外泌体在软骨损伤修复中的研究进行综述。
The incidence of cartilage degeneration(osteoarthritis,etc.)is increasing year by year,putting heavy pressure on families and society.It has become a consensus that mesenchymal stem cells can repair damaged cartilage.As the research progresses,more and more evidence indicates that its effects are attributed to the paracrine system,especially the exosomes.Exosomes are a lipid bilayer cystic structure encapsulating biologically active factors such as proteins,lipids,mRNA,and microRNAs(miRNAs/miRs),which can regulate the biological functions of cells.As a signal and carrier for transmitting important information between cells,it plays a very important role in the repair of cartilage degeneration damage.This paper reviews the research of mesenchymal stem cell-de-rived exosomes carrying miRNAs in the repair of cartilage injury.
