摘要
Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷具有优异的高温硬度和耐磨性、低摩擦系数、良好的热稳定性和化学稳定性,但是断裂强度差和冲击韧性不足是其致命的缺点。在Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷中添加第二相碳化物是提高Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷强韧性的一种重要途径,本文根据不同种类的第二相碳化物在Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷中的作用对其进行分类和归纳,从而得出第二相碳化物对Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷的作用主要有改善粘结相对硬质相的润湿性、抑制晶粒长大以及改善机械性能。
Ti(C,N)-based cermets have excellent high temperature hardness and wear resistance, low friction coefficient,good thermal stability and chemical stability, but poor fracture strength and insufficient impact toughness are their fatal disadvantages. Adding second-phase carbides to Ti(C,N)-based cermets is an important way to improve the bending strength and toughness of Ti(C,N)-based cermets. In this paper, the functions of the second-phase carbides in Ti(C,N)-based cermets were classified and summarized according to the types of the second phase carbides. It is concluded that the main functions of the second-phase carbides in Ti(C,N)-based cermets are to improve the wettability between binder phase and hard phase, to inhibit the grain growth and to improve the mechanical properties.
