摘要
气管支气管软化症和过度动态气道塌陷由于临床表现的非特异性、临床医师对该病认识的局限性,导致极易误诊、漏诊。本文就该病的分类、流行病学、病理生理、临床表现、诊断及治疗作一综述。
Tracheobronchomalacia/excessive dynamic airway collapse is a kind of disease which is easy to be misdiagnosed or missed because of the lack of specificity in clinical manifestations,and the limitation of clinicians′understanding.This article reviews the classification,epidemiology,pathophysiology,clinical manifestations,diagnosis and treatment of it.
