摘要 细胞自噬是机体的一种自我防御保护机制,是细胞内的一种内稳态过程,为了保持细胞的稳态,老化、受损或不再需要的大分子的持续周转必须通过新的大分子合成来平衡,同时其也是先天免疫的一部分,参与消灭细胞内病原体,是抵御病原体入侵的先天机制,故细胞自噬在肺结核的发生、发展过程中占据着独特的地位。细胞自噬是肺结核宿主防御的靶向治疗途径的研究热点,这是一种细胞内管理机制,可以引导细胞内的细菌降解。本文主要回顾近几年关于细胞自噬与肺结核的相关研究,为肺结核的防治提供相关理论依据。 Autophagy is a kind of self-defense and protection mechanism of the body and an internal homeostasis process in cells.In order to maintain the homeostasis of cells,the continuous turnover of the aged,damaged and no longer needed macromolecules must be balanced by the synthesis of new macromolecules.At the same time,autophagy is also a part of innate immunity.It participates in the elimination of intracellular pathogens and is the innate mechanism to resist pathogen invasion.Autophagy plays a unique role in the occurrence and development of pulmonary tuberculosis.Autophagy,an intracellular regulatory mechanism that leads to bacterial degradation in cells,is a focus of research on targeted therapeutic approaches to host defense against tuberculosis.This article reviews the relevant studies on autophagy and pulmonary tuberculosis in recent years,in order to provide relevant theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis.
