缺氧诱导因子1在急性肺损伤中的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 急性肺损伤(ALI)是由各种肺内和肺外致伤因素所致的急性低氧性呼吸功能不全,每年造成全世界数以万计的成人和儿童死亡,给患者个人和社会带来了极大的医疗负担。缺氧诱导因子1(HIF-1)是调节细胞缺氧应答的关键转录因子,是许多氧依赖性生理和病理生理过程的核心成分。大量研究证实,HIF-1与ALI的发展过程密切相关,且可以作为ALI的潜在治疗靶点。本文就HIF-1在ALI中的最新研究进展作一综述。 Acute lung injury(ALI)is an acute hypoxic respiratory insufficiency arising from various intrapulmonary and extrapulmonary injuries,consequently resulting in significant morbidity and mortality,and a global disease burden.Hypoxia-inducible factor 1(HIF-1)is an important transcription factor regulating various hypoxia-induced cellular responses and plays a dominant role in various oxygen-dependent physiological and pathophysiological processes.A large number of evidences have demonstrated an important role of HIF-1 in the pathogenesis of ALI,indicating HIF-1 as a potential therapeutic target for ALI.This paper reviews the latest research progress on HIF-1 in the pathogenesis of ALI.
