摘要
以FlexRay为通信总线,设计了车载脉冲功率源控制系统并进行了充电测试。采用MC9S12XF512单片机,根据脉冲功率源控制系统需求,叙述了脉冲功率源的总体结构,基于FlexRay通信总线,针对硬件设计了FlexRay收发器原理图。具体给出了FlexRay初始化及配置参数的方法,在此基础上对通信流程进行了叙述,对工作频率进行合理超频,通过调试实现了FlexRay总线的通信功能。对充电1min后的电压进行了测量,达到在设置充电电压4 000V以上时误差小于2%。实验结果表明,在充电电压越高的情况下保压能力越强,满足了使用要求。
With the FlexRay as the communication bus,the on-board pulse power source control system was designed and tested for charging.The MC9 S12 XF512 microcontroller is used..According to the pulse power source control system requirements,the overall structure of the pulse power source is described.Based on the FlexRay communication bus,the FlexRay transceiver schematic is designed for the hardware.The method of FlexRay initialization and configuration parameters is given.On this basis,the communication flow is described,the working frequency is reasonably overclocked,and the communication function of the FlexRay bus is realized through debugging.The voltage after one minute of charging was measured,and the error was less than 2% when the charging voltage was set above 4 000 V.The experimental results show that the higher the charging voltage,the stronger the voltage holding capability is,and the requirements for use are met.
