摘要
介绍了一种基于MSP430的锂电池组故障诊断在线监测设计,以MSP430单片机为核心控制器,通过电压检测芯片LTC6802、电流检测芯片MAX471及温度传感器DS18B20测量电池组电压、电流、温度等信息,主控制器通过采集到的信息与预设值进行分析比较,诊断出故障类型,当出现故障时,产生声光报警,同时把相关故障信息通过蓝牙技术传输到手机APP和OLED显示屏实现锂电池组在线监测。硬件系统测试结果表明,该设计可较好的实现锂电池组故障诊断在线监测功能。
This paper introduced a diagnostic fault-line monitoring based on lithium batteries MSP430.MSP430 MCU was used as the core controller,the battery voltage,current,temperature and other information were measured by the voltage detecting chip LTC6802,the current detecting chip MAX471 and the temperature sensor DS18B20.The main controller analyzed and compared the collected information with the preset value to diagnose the fault type.When the fault occurred,the sound and light alarm was generated,at the same tim e,the related fault information was displayed on OLED and transm itted to the mobile phone S through the Bluetooth technology,so as to realize the lithium battery pack on-line monitoring.The hardware system test results show that the design can better realize the online monitoring function of lithium battery pack fault diagnosis.
