摘要
针对现有小麦播种量检测精度低的问题,设计了基于线阵CMOS的播种量检测系统,系统主要由线阵CMOS电路、FPGA以及显示部分组成。首先分析了线阵CMOS电路的可行性,可行性分析主要如下:1)根据小麦种子成像大小和线阵CMOS像素点的大小分析可行性,且根据小麦种子成像大小可以分辨出是几粒种子;2)根据成像原理分析了系统所需安装空间;3)根据线阵CMOS的采样频率分析了可行性。其次设计了测量系统的硬件和软件。最后,进行了试验测试及误差分析。由试验分析可知,该系统检测误差小于5%,且可以检测到多粒种子重叠下落,表明该系统检测精度高,抗干扰能力强。
Aiming at the low precision of wheat seeding detection,a seeding detection system based on linear CMOS is designed.The system is mainly composed of linear CMOS circuit,FPGA and display unit.Firstly,the feasibility of linear CMOS circuit is analyzed in this paper.There are three main points in the feasibility analysis:1)according to the size of wheat seed image and the size of linear CMOS pixels,the feasibility analysis can be made,and according to the size of wheat seed image,several seeds can be distinguished;2)according to the imaging principle,the installation space of the system is analyzed;3)according to the size of linear CMOS pixels,several seeds can be distinguished.The feasibility of sampling frequency of linear CMOS is analyzed.Secondly,the hardware and software of the measurement system are designed.Finally,the test and error analysis are carried out.The experimental analysis shows that the detection error of the system is less than 5%,and the overlapping drop of multiple seeds can be detected,which shows that the system has high detection accuracy and strong anti-interference ability.
