摘要
应急测绘为事故发生后的抢险救援提供基础资料,是保障抢险救援顺利进行的重要环节。目前应急测绘常用的方法有很多,但都存在信息采集效率低下或不全面等情况。针对这种情况,使用三维激光扫描仪进行数据采集。三维激光扫描仪可以在短时间内获得大量的点云数据,满足抢险救援要求。相比于常规方法,基于三维激光扫描仪方法的数据采集更加高效、全面。
Emergency surveying and mapping provides basic information for emergency rescue after an accident and is an important link to ensure the smooth progress of emergency rescue.At present,there are many methods commonly used in emergency surveying and mapping,but all of them are inefficient or incomplete in information collection.In view of this situation,3d laser scanner is used for data acquisition.3d laser scanner can obtain a large number of point cloud data in a short time to meet the rescue requirements.Compared with the conventional method,the data acquisition based on 3d laser scanner is more efficient and comprehensive.
